- This offer is open to individuals who have purchased an eligible product and used it in accordance with operating instructions. If after this period you are not satisfied with results you may apply for a cash refund in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The MBG period runs from date of purchase as dictated by till receipt or order confirmation email.

- Applications for refund requests must be made in writing within 90-days from date of purchase.
- During the Christmas gifting period, we’re extending the money-back guarantee to the 90-days following 25th December.
- Reimbursement will be via bank transfer. Valid bank details must be provided on request. Please allow 28 days for refund after confirmation of receipt of product
- The promoter will refund the actual price paid for a maximum of one device net of any promotion of discount, as evidenced by till receipt or confirmation email. The maximum amount the promoter will refund is £399.

- All applicants will be asked to provide the following information: product/model purchased, store/site purchased from, date of purchase, purchase price, reason for return, name and address. You will also be asked to provide proof of purchase.
- To qualify for a refund, the device must be returned to the promoter. No refunds will be issued until the device has been received.
- All care should be taken to ensure that the returned product is adequately packaged and protected from damage in transit.
- This is a consumer promotion only and neither retailers nor wholesalers may apply.
- The line item must appear on the till receipt or email confirmation. If no line item for a SmoothSkin product is displayed, the application will not be processed.
- This promotion does not apply if:
- the proof-of-purchase has been altered in any way or made illegible.
- The product is being used for commercial purpose.
- Product modifications have been carried out by unauthorized service organizations or persons.
- The model number, serial number or production date code on the product has been altered, removed or made illegible.
- Promotion ends on 01.01.2020.
- Incomplete, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- Employees, suppliers and their immediate family of the Promoted are ineligible to apply.
- Free return postage will be provided via a pre-paid returns label. No alternative is available.
- Note that returns from any country outside the country in which the original purchase was made must be paid for by the customer. i.e. purchases made via Amazon UK can be collected from UK addresses only.
