• Promotional Period: Promotion opens 00:00:00am BST, 01/10/2017 and closes at 11:59:59pm GMT on 14/01/2018. Prizes vary.
• Eligibility: Entry is open to residents in the UK only, aged 18 or older. The promotion excludes Cyden Limited employees and the immediate families or households of the Promoter, its agents, suppliers or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion or its administration.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions, and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Entrants must be UK residents or residents of the Republic of Ireland, over 18 and not employees (or members of their families) of CyDen Ltd, or anyone connected with the draw in any way.
2. Cyden Ltd reserve the right to verify your eligibility and to check your identity. You will be asked for proof of your identity and/ or your eligibility, your failure to provide such proof in accordance with the timescales set out herein will result in your disqualification from the Competition. All personal details & information you supply must be truthful and accurate.
3. Any person who breaches any of these Terms and Conditions will be excluded from access to the Competition.
4. The prize draw is open to anyone who follows the entry requirements, displayed on SmoothSkin Facebook page: www.facebook.com/smoothskinipl
5. Once a Follower sees a related Facebook post, published by SmoothSkin, a Follower enters the Competition by:

9. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions and you understand that you are providing your information to Cyden Ltd. Entries can only be submitted by people following @smoothskinipl on Facebook – “followers”.
10. Your Facebook profile must be set to public before you send your Entry to the Competition otherwise you will not be able to contact us and your entry may not be visible.
11. If your Entry does not contain the related hashtag or contains content that Cyden deem to be offensive, illegal, libellous or inappropriate (judged at Cyden’s sole discretion) they will disregard your Entry.
12. By entering this competition, you understand that you are providing your information to Cyden Ltd and agree for your Entry, including your twitter account name, to be used for commercial & promotional purposes by us, without the need for Cyden Ltd to verify your details.
13. You can enter the Competition as many times as you wish, but only one entry will be counted.
14. Only comments on the original posts will be counted. If the post is shared by @smoothskinipl or by another user, you must click through and comment on the original post to enter.
15. While Cyden Ltd use all reasonable efforts to obtain all entries containing this hashtag, Cyden cannot promise that they will be able to do so. Cyden Ltd also cannot be responsible for any Entries to the Competition or prize acceptance responses from winners that are not properly received, incomplete or delayed for reasons outside their control such as actions taken by third parties including Facebook unavailability or network delays affecting Facebook or the internet generally.
16. Users are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to participation in the promotion, such as the cost of accessing the internet.
17. The Promoter will not accept:
    1. responsibility for prize draw entries/claims that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
    2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt entry to the competition.
18. One entrant will win a prize as demonstrated in each specific Facebook post. The image used within each post is for illustrative purposes only. Actual prize may vary. Images used within Facebook posts are for representative purposes only and the prize itself may vary.

19. Please allow 3 months for delivery of the Prize from the date you confirm your eligibility to enter the competition
20. Cyden Ltd won’t be liable if any prize fails to reach you or you cannot take it for reasons beyond their control. No alternative prize or cash alternative will be awarded.
21. If you are a winner in this Competition you agree that you will allow Cyden to use your name and picture in marketing and publicity undertaken by us, which may be in more than one country and which may be in a number of media, for example, print, television, internet.
22. Promotion begins on Monday 16^th October 2017 and ends on Sunday 7^th January 2018. Prizes are denoted above and run for a period of one calendar week, as per dates provided.
23. The closing dates are displayed as above. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
24. If you are selected as a winner but after entering the Competition subsequently delete your Facebook account, Cyden will not be able to contact you to award you the Prize and an Alternative Winner will be selected.
25. Cyden Ltd are in no way liable in connection with the promotion.
26. Winner Selection:  One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries in the calendar week following the close of the promotion, and they will be contacted within 7 working days. i.e. for the Pool float giveaway, competition closes 22/10/17 and winner will be contacted w/c 23/10/17.
27. Cyden will notify each winner via an inbox via Facebook. The winner must then direct message (“DM”) the account with their email details.
28. It is the responsibility of the participant to check junk / spam to ensure they are in receipt of their winner notification. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if this email is missed or not read for any reason.
29. Once verified, the winner will be announced publicly on SmoothSkin’s Facebook page.
30. The winner will be notified by phone and email the week commencing 15^th January and will have 7 days to accept their prize by email, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Deadline. 
31. Eligibility to win the prize is subject to you and your Entry’s compliance with these Competition Terms & Conditions. If you are a winner and Cyden subsequently discover that you have breached these Competition Terms & Conditions (such breach to include but not be limited to you providing inaccurate personal information) you will be disqualified from receiving the prize.
32. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
33. No purchase necessary.
34. The winner agrees to the use of their name and address and/or photograph for publicity/promotional purposes. No additional compensation will be awarded for such publicity/promotional purposes.
35. The Promoter will send the name and county of the winner to anyone who emails news@develop-smoothskin.spindogs-dev.co.uk within 3 months after the Closing Deadline of the prize draw requesting details of the winner.
36. CyDen Ltd. will provide the prize but accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of this competition or the enjoyment of the prize.
37. If you are selected as a winner but after entering the Competition subsequently delete your Facebook account, Cyden will not be able to contact you to award you the Prize and an Alternative Winner will be selected.
38. Your personal details will be treated in accordance with Cyden’s Privacy Policy from time to time and in accordance with the law as it relates to people’s personal details.
39. This Competition is run by Cyden, the terms and conditions of any third-party supplier may also apply and must be accepted and complied with by the winner. These shall include compliance with any health and safety regulations which apply whilst the Winner is enjoying the Prize. In addition, because this Competition uses the Facebook platform, Facebook’s Terms of Service will continue to apply to your use of Facebook and Cyden recommend you review these.
40. CyDen Ltd are entitled to amend these Competition Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Competition without notice where this is necessary in our reasonable opinion for legal or administrative reasons. Any changes to the Competition Terms and Conditions, notices of cancellation or other notices will be set out on this webpage.
41. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
42. By entering this promotion, you agree to these term and conditions which will at that time become binding between you and the Promoter.
43. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
45. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
46. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
47. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the Promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.
48. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Nothing in these terms and conditions removes or limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by the law. These terms and conditions also do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law. Otherwise, Cyden Ltd will not be liable to you for any matter relating to the competitions offered.

Cyden Ltd will also not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that they do not directly control – for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.
